Lake MontriondLake Montriond is a popular stop-off for visitors and locals alike, though at 33 hectares, it never feels crowded. In winter, the lake freezes and offers the opportunity for under-ice diving (see opposite). There are prepared tracks for cross-country skiing which is free of charge.
